TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E173 OF 2024 By Peter Nyamu Gakuu, of P.O. Box 326, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Gakuu Kiriko alias S. Gakuu Kiriko, who died at Kaguyu, on | 1th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E218 OF 2024 By (1) Lois Mukwaiti Njiri and (2) Joseph Washington Mugo, both of P.O. Box 52, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Githaiga Njiri, who died at Langata, on 28th July, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
