TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Waiyobo Kamau and (2) Felister Njeri Kamau, both of P.O. Box 58, Melangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Mary Wangui Kamau alias Margret Mary Wangui Kamau, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 28th December, 2001. CAUSE No. E102 OF 2024 By Joel Gakunyi Njuguna, of P.O. Box 255, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Godfery Njuguna Kabiru alias Godffrey Njuguna Kabiru, who died at Githunguri, on 21st November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same uriless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
