Box 71, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mucioki Mbiti, who died at Siakago Sub- location, on 17th August, 2015. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Njue Muratho and (2) Tarasisio Muchiri Muratho, both of P.O. Box 35, Siakago in Kenya, the déceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maratho Njambaro alias Muratho Njambarto, who died on 27th December, 2013. CAUSE No. E175 OF 2024 By Kari Ina, of P.O. Box 50, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ephantus ena Njeru, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
