CAUSE No. E180 OF 2024 By Peter Okeyo Odundo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyango Odundo, who died at Nyangoma, on 17th May, 2012. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2024 By Kristina Gladys Okello, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Achando Okello alias Richard Achando Okelo, who died at Usenge, Bondo, on 31st August, 2010. CAUSE No. E214 OF 2024 By Jane Adongo Oloo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter Dinga Olale alias Walter Dinga Olare, who died at Nyawita, on 8th May, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
