Box 2104-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Omedo Olale alias Joseph Omedo Olale, who died on 3rd April, 1996. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2024 By Gaudencia Akinyi Odago for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boniface Odago Alal alias Bonifas Odago Alal, who died at Wathorego, on 25th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2024 By Joseph Otieno Ogola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Ogola Mbeya alias Ogola Mbeya, who died on 22nd January 1992. E183 OF 2024 By (1) Mildred Akoth Anyonga and (2) Titus Ochieng, the deceased’s widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Adera Anyonga, who died on 19th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E268 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice Onam and (2) Zakayo Oyomo Olola, both of P.O. Box 307-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Onam Mwanja alias Naftal Onam Mwanja, who died on 24th September, 2011.
