TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E307 OF 2024 By (1) Michael Obure Jagongo and (2) Joseph Juma Jagongo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnaba Jagongo alias Barnabas Jagongo, who died on 28th April, 1974. CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2024 By Monica Anyango Ominde, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ominde Okullo alias Ominde Okulo, who died on 4th August, 1986. CAUSE NO. E373 OF 2024 By Serfina Opiyo Amimo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Majwala Ombek alias Joash Majwala, who died on 11th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
