TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1469 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Khaiga Ngunya, (2) Wambui Ngunya, (3) Andrew Waititu Ngunya and (4) Kiragu Sangale Ngunya, all of P.O. Box 55935-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Murimi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Erastus Ngunya, late of Nairobi, who died on 23rd August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
