Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Mboche, who died at Elementaita, on 13th December, 2006. CAUSE NO. E605 OF 2024 By (1) Haron Ondimu Mabeta, (2) Dennis Nyagaka Ondimu and (3) Lynda Nyaboke Ondimu, all of P.O. Box 10220, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Kageha Ondimu alias Beatrice Jumba Kageha alias Beatrice K. Ondimu, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre on 18th June, 2014. CAUSE NO. E616 OF 2024 By (1) Esther Wambui Mathenge and (2) Elizabeth Wangeci Mathenge, both of P.O. Box 21686-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ana Wangari Mathenge alias Ann Wangari Mathenge alias Anna Wangera Nganga, who died at Free Area, on 9th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
