Box 550, Bungoma in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Wanyonyi Namachanja, who died at Khalaba, on 6th June, 2024. CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice Nyongesa Wafula and (2) Protus Sitati Wafula, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clarah Nasimiyu Wafula alias Clare Nasimiyu Wafula, who died at Mayanja, on 18th March, 2018. CAUSE NO. E400 OF 2024 By Michael Kalamu Wataka, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wataka Maboko Masibo, who died at Ndengelwa, on 31st May, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
