TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E538 OF 2024 By Wilson Wanyoike Muiruri, of P.O. Box 3-10208, Saba Saba in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiruri Gathu alias Peter Muiruri Gathu, who died at Muriranjas Hospital in Kenya, on 17th August, 2021. CAUSE No. E543 OF 2024 By (1) Joyce Wairuri Wanjau and (2) Humphrey Kanyingi Wanjau, both of P.O. Box 77, Kiriaini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cyrus Wanjau Munge, who died at Outspan Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
