TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 320 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Tira Kamindi and (2) Moses Murakaru Kamindu, both of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamindu Ndegwa alias Kamindo Ndegwa, who died at T. Falls District Hospital in Kenya, on 26th September, 1971. CAUSE NO. 329 OF 2024 By Mary Wangui Mwangi, of P.O. Box 212, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Mwangi Mbuthia, who died on 14th December, 2010. CAUSE No. 331 OF 2024 By (1) Samwel Njogu Mbugua and (2) Patrick Ngigi Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanjiku Mbugua Karanja, who died at Murindati Sub-location, on 28th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
