CAUSE NO. E440 oF 2024 By Michael Ochieng Ouma, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ouma Owuor, who died at Nyadorera ‘A’ Sub-location, on 17th December, 1986. CAUSE NO. E457 OF 2024 By Millicent Akinyi Ogot, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ogot Odhiambo, who died at Barding Sub-location, on 20th June, 2001. CAUSE NO. E458 OF 2024 By Tobias Juma Opondo, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odia Opondo Ariko, who died at Nyangoma Kogelo Sub-location, on 17th August, 1990.
