TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2024 By (1) James Omondi Okoth and (2) Evans Otieno Okoth, both of P.O. Box 147-40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leonida Yada Okoth alias Lewnida Yada Okoth, who died at Kombok North Sub-location, on 29th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E406 OF 2024 By (1) Erick Owuor Odhiambo and (2) Ester Auma Odhiambo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Odhiambo alias Odhiambo Cheche, who died at Kamgundho I, on 21st August, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
