CAUSE NO. E455 OF 2024 By Erick Ochieng Odago, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamboche Ragur, who died on 12th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E456 OF 2024 By Karen Adoyo Pondo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odondo Pondo, who died on 12th November, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
