TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E440 oF 2024 By Dickson Opiyo Oteng, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estaté of Esther Akelo Koteng’ alias Esther Akelo Kotene, who died at Kotewa Village, Kothidha North, on 23rd May, 1994. CAUSE No. E442 OF 2024 By Willis Otieno Mwai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anton Mwai Ondeyo, who died at Kanyach Kachar, on 20th November, 2002. CAUSE No. E443 OF 2024 By Jacob Odoyo Obiero, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milek Otaka alias Otieno Milek, who died at South Kanyabala, on 10th July, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless catise be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entéred within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
