CAUSE NO, Ei32 OF 2024 _ By Kazungu Mwanyule Mufe, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of adtninistration intestate to the estate of Kadzo Kaingu Muree, who died on 23rd July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2024 By Garama Charo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charo Dadu Kazungu, who died on 24th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2024 By Paulinah Wawuda Mwangombe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Mwangudza Mwasaha, who died on 12th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E156 OF 2024 By (1) Beatrice Anderson Kalenga and (2) Leonard Kalenga Bomu, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderson Bomu Kalenga, who died at Kidutani, on 2nd September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearaiice in this respect entered within thirty (30) ‘days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
