Box 427, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chabari Murira, who died at Mwichiune, on 26th September, 2007. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2024 By Shadrack K. Mbui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Itwerandu M’Mbui, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 24th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2024 By Stephen Kimathi Mwarania, of P.O. Box 116-60202, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marangu M’Ikiugu alias Anini Jason, who died at Ntharene, on 5th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
