Box 17-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ominde Obondo alias Martine Ominde Obondo, who died on 27th August, 1998. CAUSE No. E334 OF 2024 By Jenifa Ouko Odongo, of P.O. Box 510-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s step daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Ochien Abongo alias Pius Ochieng Abongo, who died on 10th February, 2004. CAUSE No. E356 OF 2024 By Samuel Otieno Okumu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Okumu Chire, who died on 27th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
