TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E198 OF 2024 By Grace Mumbua Musyimi, of P.O. Box 1, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kithuka Mbeke, who died on 23rd August, 2013. CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2024 By Beth Ntambi Mukeke, of P.O. Box 113-90124, Kithimani in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kivutu Mukeke, who died at Kithimani Location, on lst May, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
