TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E175 OF 2024 By Ephraim Kavai Luvisia, of P.O. Box 220-30106, Turbo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Febe Annah Minayo alias Febe Anna Minayo, who died at Lumakanda, on 9th March, 1993. CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By (1) Evalyne Ikobwa Shitanda and (2) Winnie Nasumbu Shitanda, both of P.O. Box 358-00625, Kangemi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Shitanda Likuru, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
