TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By (1) Renson Chesubei Manyu and (2) Reuben Bera Moti, both of P.O. Box 47, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marisha Sichei Manyu, who died at Sasuri, on 29th June, 2005. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By (1) Fred Manyu Sichei and (2) Reuben Bera Moti, both of P.O. Box 47, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Sichei, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 6th August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
