TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2024 By (1) Allan Mutange Aholi and (2) Betty Kahega Aholi, both of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robai Nafula Khaemba, who died at Teso North Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 10th March, 2022. 27th December, 2024 CAUSE No. E63 OF 2024 By Charles Oduor Ojwang, of P.O. Box 1, Amagoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Oduori Ojwang alias Patrick Oduory Ojuang, who died at Lwanya, on 13th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
