TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2024 By Grace Achieng Otieno, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Thomas Otieno Were alias Thomas Otieno Were, who died at Kangeso Sub-location, on 8th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2024 By Pius Orwa Odhiany, of P.O. Box 1~-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate Patrick Odhiany Oyoo alias Patrick Odhiany Oyoo, who died at Kangeso Sub-location, on 6th September, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
