E243 OF 2024 By Francis Ochieng Gwara, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Gwara Okelo, who died on 5th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E515 OF 2024 By Anjelina Adongo Ondu, of P.O. Box 2105, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ondu Okore alias Ondu Okore, who died on 4th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E516 OF 2024 By Daniel Dawa Onyango, of P.O. Box 2105, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Felix Onyango Dawa alias Filex Onyango Dawa, who died on 11th September, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
