TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Newton Ngari Kariuki and (2) Michael Muchiri Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 354-10204, Kiria-ini in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Nyagaitheri Kariuki, who died at Kanjama Sub-location, on 13th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
