CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By Raymond Kipserem Sirwanei, of P.O. Box 133, Kapcherop in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sirwanei Aiyabei alias Siruaneiy arap Ayabeiy alias Sirwanei Kipsoo Ayabei, who died on 14th July, 2005. CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2024 By (1) Rebecca Warigia Njoorge and (2) Cecilia Wangare Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 6337-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and mother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Ng’endo Njoroge, who died at Ndalat Estate, on 4th June, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
