TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Christopher Kipchoge Changwony and (2) Richard Kiptum Changwony, both of P.O. Box 449-30700, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Cherop Changwony alias Changwony Chepchoge alias Changuony Cherop Samson, who died at Chelingwa Sub- location, on 12th August, 2013. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Benjamin Ruto Chebolei, (2) Cornelius Kibet Chirchir and (3) Joan Jepkemoi Barsolai, all of P.O. Box 1, Soi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barsolai Chebolei Moituk, who died at Sego Sub-location, on 23rd September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
