TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Kalimbo Mwero and (2) Shea Mwindia Faki, both of P.O. Box 104101-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Mwero Mkalla alias Salim Mwero Mkalla, who died at Beyond Scope Hospital in Kenya, on 18th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2024 By Susan Wairimu Muchemi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Frankline Kantai Paraiywa, who died at Majengo, Mombasa, on 21st August, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
