TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By (1) Salome Wambui Ndungu and (2) David Karanja Gitau, both of P.O. Box 2369-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julia Nduta Karanja, who died on 18th October, 2017. CAUSE No. E139 OF 2024 By Lucy Wangaro Ndonye, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Ndonye Koimburi, who died on 28th April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
