TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E442 OF 2024 By Francis Kamau Muchoki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kiruri alias Kiruri Muchoki, who died at Ol Kalou Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2008. CAUSE NO. E477 OF 2024 By Alice Wanjiku Cherere, of P.O. Box 56, Kahuro in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tirus Cherere Kimani alias Titus Cherere Kimani, who died at Muriranjas Hospital in Kenya, on 26th August, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thitty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
