CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By Faith Wangui Ruru, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wanjiru Ruru, who died at Mater Misericordie Hospital in Kenya, on 6th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2024 By Julius Kiarie Wairimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phyllis Njeri Wairimu, who died at Ngoingwa, on 11th February, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
