E283 OF 2024 By Jemimah Achieng Opondo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Opondo Sewe, who died at Ugunja Sub-location, on 4th July, 1983. CAUSE NO. E286 OF 2024 By Mary Adhiambo Wambura, of P.O. Box 83-40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Nengo Ongwama, who died on 14th March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2024 By Millicent Achieng Ojanja, of P.O. Box 490-40610, Yala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Liewa Nyaluo alias Malaki Liewa Nyaluo, who died on 29th June, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
