TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E309 OF 2024 By (1) Hosea Kiprotich Kesio and (2) Eliud Kiplimo Kesio, both of _P.O. Box 222, Burnt Forest in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipleting A. Korosi alias Kibleting A. Korosi, who died at Tarakwa, on 7th April, 2001. CAUSE NO. E310 OF 2024 By (1) Moses Kandie and (2) Isaac Kandie, both of P.O. Box 27, Soy in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kandie Chesiror, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 10th December, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
