CAUSE No. E93 OF 2024 By James Otongo Motari, of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Motari Matara, who died at Naivasha Sub-County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd November, 2022. CAUSE No. E94 OF 2024 By Robina Nyanduko Oruru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Oruru Obwocha, who died at Nyanguru, on 31st March, 2010. CAUSE NO. E303 OF 2024 By Charles Nyang’acha Ombui, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basikaria Osebe Barongo, who died at Bomokora Sub-location, on 25th September, 2004.
