TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2024 By (1) Kepha Elijah Ombiro and (2) Alfred Ombiro, both of P.O. Box 2088-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Ombiro Getugi, who died on 10th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Moraa Nyabonyi and (2) Napoleon John Onyoni Nyabonyi, both of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ataya Nyabonyi alias Nyabonyi Ataya, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
