CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2024 By Fredrick Mayaka Ndege, of P.O. Box 200-40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyoriana Kerubo Ndege alias Kerubo Ndege, who died at Boisanga II, on 22nd January, 2006. 18th October, 2024 CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2024 By Agostino Nyanchogo Ondieki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Ondieki, who died at Kebirigo, on 18th November, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
