TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E161 OF 2024 By (1) Henry Nyamoko and (2) Richard Otiso Ondieki, both of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otiso Ondieki, who died at Kegogi, on 8th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E168 OF 2024 By Joyce Nyangate Makori, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enock Makori Nyakundi, who died at Township, on 31st August, 2020. : CAUSE NO. E184 OF 2024 By Evans Nyamoko Mong’are, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kerubo Osiri, who died at Township, on 20th July, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
