E13 OF 2024 By Alfredo Osvaldo Pietro Vismara, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonietta Giuditta Bigtiotto, who died on 21st December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By (1) Alfred Juma Mwagona and (2) Joyce Nzingo Mwagona, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwagona Ndnahuma Pande alias Magona Mdhahama Pande, who died on 28th August, 2000. CAUSE NO. E42 OF 2024 By Lydiah Wairimu Kinuthia, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kinuthia Mkima, who died on 28th September, 2021. CAUSE No. E85 OF 2024 By Nelson Kazungu Ngumbao, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jumwa Tsori Fondo, who died on 7th March, 2013.
