TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By (1) Jumwa Karisa Randu and (2) Kana Garama Thoya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Garama Thoya Maitha, who died on 6th October, 2008. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By Hezron Kahindi Nzai, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzai Jefwa Kikwalo, who died on Sth July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
