TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE No. E129 OF 2024
By (1) Tabitha Gathoni Maina and (2) Bianca Nyaguthi Kinga, of
P.O. Box 3392-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydia Wanjiku Kinga, who died at Coastal Provincial
General Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2024.
18th October, 2024
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
