E6 OF 2024 By (1) Philomena Kavinya Nzuki and (2) Esther Mumbe Nzuki, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Babeto Nzuki. Muulu, who died at Mtito Andei, on 20th August, 2023. CAUSE No. E11 OF 2024 By Peterkin Mutinda Kiteli, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiteli Nduto Masila, who died at Mivuni Location, on 27th May, 2021. CAUSE No. E16 OF 2024 By Naftaly Thiong’o Nijeri, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sholasticar Njeri Mwariri alias Sholastica Njeri Mwariri, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 29th February, 2014.
