E79 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Wanjiku Kimani and (2) James Muiruri Kimani, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Kimani Muiruri, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 24th September, 2003. CAUSE No. E98 OF 2024 By (1) Annie Njeri Mungai and (2) Daniel Gitaranga Mungai, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mungai Gitaranga, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd September, 2023. CAUSE No. E107 OF 2024 By (1) Eunice Nyaiteiyo Sintet and (2) Wilson Lenchoka Sintet, both of P.O. Box 15889-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Nairuko Sintet, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 16th November, 2012. CAUSE No. E108 OF 2024 By (1) Consolata Wangeci Kamau and (2) Edward Gachoka Kamau, both of P.O. Box 205-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kamau Kimotho, who died at Ngong Township, on 6th November, 2022.
