E] OF 2024 By (1) Evans Otieno Apindi and (2) Felix Wamira Otieno, both of P.O. Box 12427-000100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Atieno Odhiambo, who died on 19th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respact
