Box 25—-60103, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kioi M’Thaiya, who died at Gikuuri Sub-location, on 26th March, 1996. CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2024 By Lilly Nancy Wanjira Njiru, of P.O. Box 102-00202, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lewis J. Karani, who died at Karurumo, on 12th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E147 OF 2024 By Agostino Mwaniki Nyaga, of P.O. Box 77, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaga Karanja, who died at Kianjokoma Sub-location, on 29th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
