TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 274 OF 2024 By (1) Walter Ochieng Akelo and (2) Clement Okoth Akelo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harris Akelo Odenyo, who died on 2nd December, 2022. CAUSE NO E280 OF 2024 By (1) Joice Akinyi Odongo and (2) Loice Atieno Odongo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Calvin Odongo Abanga, who died on 6th January, 2022. CAUSE NO E281 OF 2024 By Benard Odhiambo Ramwandho, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ramuadho alias Ramwandho Yamba Rawang, who died on 12th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
