Box 109-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shem Omondi Bwana alias Shem Odogo, who died on 1st August, 1998. CAUSE NO. E187 OF 2024 By Mikal Adhiambo Omollo, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mishael Omolo Ombewa, who died on Ist May, 2020. CAUSE NO. E188 OF 2024 By Peter Ogada Gor, of P.O. Box 1-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Otieno Gor, who died on 20th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
