TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E186 OF 2024 By Protaz Okeyo Oketch, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janes Okech, who died at Naya, on 6th June, 1984. CAUSE NO E193 OF 2024 By George Ooro Jawiro, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jawiro Dindi alias Richard Jawiro Dindi, who died on 15th April, 1984. CAUSE No. E195 OF 2024 By Gaudensia Juma Otieno, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jecton Otieno Ongaro alias Otieno Ongaro, who died at Lieta, on 14th February, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
