TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E449 OF 2024 By (1) Joy Mutanu Zarembka and (2) Thomas Mutinda Zarembka, of United States of America, 818 Fern Place, NW Apt D Washington, DC 20012 and 8 Midsummer Court Gaithersburg, MD 20878, respectively, through Messrs. Jimmy, Nzakuva & Partners, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Kamonya alias Gladys Kamonya Achono alias Gladys Kamonya Achona alias Achono Gladys Kamonya alias Gladys Okwemba, late of Lumakanda, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 25th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
