TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E518 OF 2024 By George Ng’ang’a David alias George Wamuti David, of P.O. Box 52433-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, through Messrs. Karanja & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Muthoni Wamuti, late of Kiambu, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 31st March, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
