TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2024 By Margaret Wambui Ngugi, of P.O. Box 38798-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Appollos Kennedy Mwangi, who died at AAR Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 2024. CAUSE No. E91 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Njoroge Mbui and (2) Njeri Mbui Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 42, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mbui Kiruri alias Mbui Kiruri Joseph, who died at Miruthu, on 21st January, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
